Job summary

Ace Retail Group is seeking a Sales Associate with Keys to support receiving, stocking, pricing, and maintaining a clean, organized store environment. You will help supervise store operations in the absence of management and provide excellent customer service.

This role emphasizes friendly customer interactions, knowledge of products, and teamwork in a fast-paced retail setting. A High School diploma and retail experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum Skills, Requirements and Qualifications: High School or GED equivalent.
• Formal retail experience preferred.
• Standing, walking, lifting (up to 25lbs) and climbing.

Responsibilities

• Provide a positive representation of ARG.
• Proactively assist customers in solving problems.
• Greet customers entering and throughout the store.
• Thank customers when they are finished and when they are leaving the store.
• Possess a friendly outgoing demeanor; collaborate well with customers as well as associates.
• Assist with receiving, checking in, and stocking of merchandise.
• Collaborate with management on store operations.
• Maintain back stock levels and ensure a clean and orderly sales floor.
