Job summary

Ace Retail Group is seeking a Sales Associate with Keys to support receiving, stocking and pricing of merchandise while maintaining a clean, organized store.

The role includes directing store operations in the absence of managers and delivering friendly, proactive customer service. Minimum requirements include High School or GED; formal retail experience preferred; ability to stand, walk, lift up to 25 lbs. Pay is $13.00 per hour with benefits available.

Qualifications

• High School or GED equivalent.
• Formal retail experience preferred.
• Standing, walking, lifting (up to 25lbs) and climbing.

Responsibilities

• Provide a positive representation of ARG. Greet customers and assist with problems; answer pages and calls promptly.
• Assist in receiving, checking in, stocking merchandise, and maintaining store cleanliness and presentation.
• Assist with signage, price changes, merchandising, end caps, and store resets; support loss prevention and safety efforts.
• Lead store operations in the absence of the General Manager, Assistant Manager, and Floor Supervisor; communicate ideas to management.
• Adhere to ARG core values and participate in store meetings and other duties as assigned.
