Hill House Home is seeking a Keyholder to help lead our Palm Beach store and become a pivotal part of our Hill House family. You’ll serve as a brand ambassador, coach a passionate team of associates, and help cultivate an unparalleled service culture on the sales floor.

In this full-time role with a retail schedule (including weekends), you’ll lead by example, support store operations, merchandising standards, and cross-functionally collaborate with marketing and eCommerce to hit brand goals.

Hill House is seeking a Keyholder to help lead the retail team at our store in Palm Beach, FL and become a pivotal part of our Hill House family. In this role, you’ll serve not only as a brand ambassador but also as a key player in building relationships, both internally and externally, to cultivate an unparalleled service culture while coaching and mentoring a passionate team of associates. This is a full-time position with a retail schedule (including weekends).

What You’ll Do:

• Lead by example on the sales floor, playing an active role in engaging with clients, ensuring the highest level of service is provided and client experience goals are met
• Ensure the smooth running of store operations, adhering to policies and procedures, and maintaining operational and merchandising standards to meet brand standards continually
• Work cross-functionally with marketing, eCommerce, creative, and operations partners to address business goals and needs
• Support Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager with daily staffing plans, inventory management, and visual displays
• Work in a fast-paced environment with fastidious attention to detail
