Job summary

L’Oréal USA's Kiehl's brand is seeking a Keyholder to support the Store Manager in driving sales, delivering exceptional service, and maintaining the brand image on the sales floor.

You will lead by example, train new staff, handle opening/closing procedures, and ensure policies are followed. This role requires 18+ status, US work authorization, and weekend availability in a dynamic cosmetic retail environment.

Qualifications

• Retail or cosmetic experience preferred.
• Analytical skills
• Basic computer skills
• Must be 18 years or older
• US work authorization required
• Musting to work weekends and closing shifts

What You Will Do:

We have an exciting opportunity to join the Kiehl's family as a Keyholder. This position is responsible for assisting Store Manager in achieving store sales goals in conjunction with reaching individual sales goals established by management team. Provide superior customer service standards and develop customer relationships that will result in repeat business. Execute short and long term plans to achieve goals in support of the store's business strategy. Responsible for product and brand image presentation while maintaining a neat and organized store.

What We Are Looking For:

Required Qualifications:

• Retail and/or cosmetic experience preferred
• Analytical skills
• Basic computer skills
• Must be willing to work 2 closing shifts per week and 2 full weekends per month
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Must be 18 years or older
• Authorization to work in the United States on a full-time, permanent, ongoing basis is required. No immigration support/sponsorship offered for this role.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bilingual: Spanish or Mandarin

Physical Environment:

Must be able to work on the sales floor for extended periods, walk up and down a flight of stairs and/or ladder as necessary, and lift up to 25 lbs. on a regular basis
