Job summary

Kiehl's Brookline is seeking a Store Keyholder to support the Store Manager in achieving sales goals while delivering exceptional customer service. This role focuses on product presentation, brand image, and creating repeat business through personalized service.

The candidate should have retail or cosmetic experience, be willing to work 2 closing shifts weekly and 2 full weekends monthly, and hold a High School Diploma or GED. 18+ and US work authorization are required.

Qualifications

• Required: Retail and/or cosmetic experience.
• Required: Willingness to work 2 closing shifts per week and 2 full weekends per month.
• Required: High School Diploma or GED.
• Required: 18 years or older; authorization to work in the United States full-time, permanent basis (no sponsorship).
• Preferred: Bilingual in Spanish or Mandarin.

What You Will Do:

We have an exciting opportunity to join the Kiehl's family as a Keyholder. This position is responsible for assisting Store Manager in achieving store sales goals in conjunction with reaching individual sales goals established by management team. Provide superior customer service standards and develop customer relationships that will result in repeat business. Execute short and long term plans to achieve goals in support of the store's business strategy. Responsible for product and brand image presentation while maintaining a neat and organized store.

• Assist Store Manager in achieving store sales goals in conjunction with reaching individual sales goals established by management team

• Effectively execute visual directives, education selling tools and customer service standards
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned

What We Are Looking For:

Required Qualifications:

• Retail and/or cosmetic experience preferred
• Prior key holder experience preferred
• Customer service experience
• Communication skills
• Analytical skills
• Basic computer skills
• Must be willing to work 2 closing shifts per week and 2 full weekends per month
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Must be 18 years or older
• Authorization to work in the United States on a full-time, permanent, ongoing basis is required. No immigration support/sponsorship offered for this role.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bilingual: Spanish or Mandarin

Physical Environment:

Must be able to work on the sales floor for extended periods, walk up and down a flight of stairs and/or ladder as necessary, and lift up to 25 lbs. on a regular basis
