Responsibilities include training, coaching, loss prevention, inventory management, and maintaining impeccable visual standards. Located in Orlando, this position requires flexibility for daytime/evening/weekend shifts.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years store management experience, preferably in luxury or contemporary apparel & accessories.
• Knowledge of retail POS systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Genuine interest in the fashion industry.
• Some lifting up to 25 lbs and ability to climb ladders.
• Ability to work daytime, evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support sales performance and staff, ensuring superior customer experience.
• Drive store metrics and KPIs; manage inventory and security.
• Oversee operations including transfers, markdowns, and receiving stock.
• Support training, coaching, and motivation of team members.
• Execute visual directives and maintain in-store presentation.
• Partner with other stores to achieve company objectives.
