Job summary

Goodwill Industries-Manasota, Inc. is hiring a Keyholder to lead daily Lake Worth store operations, delivering exceptional customer service and supporting team members.

You will open/close, manage registers, monitor donations, and ensure merchandising standards while upholding loss prevention and safety policies. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, retail or supervisory experience, strong communication and leadership, basic computer skills, and physical stamina to lift up to 40 lbs

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous retail or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Basic computer knowledge and attention to detail.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. and stand for long periods.
• Reliable transportation and flexibility to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Deliver world-class customer service and promote a safe, positive environment.
• Open and close the store, assign registers and daily duties, and complete daily reports.
• Oversee donation flow, inventory rotation, and merchandising standards.
• Ensure compliance with loss prevention, safety, and risk management procedures.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked sales floor.
• Support and model Goodwill’s Core Values and Guiding Principles.
