Keyholder is a sales eadership position, that helps maintain the high level of customer service we\'re known for. Employees work in one of our best-in-class stores, while becoming experts in footwear and foot health. You will be able to share your knowledge with customers and staff to provide the best level of service possible.

Jay's is part of ERHCo Inc - an Oregon-based, family-run business that operates retail shoe stores from Eugene to Hood River. We have proudly served the footwear needs of our local communities for more than 40 years.

What We Offer Our Employees

• Hourly training rate of $18.00 per hour


• After training, employees convert to commission. This is based on net sales, with no cap on earnings.

Hours

• Open 7 days a week. Operating hours may be dictated by the location.


• Part-time averaging below 30 hours per week
