Position

Goodwill Industries of the Palm Beaches & Treasure Coast is hiring a Retail Store Keyholder. The role requires an active leader passionate about the retail industry, building a culture of learning and empowerment.

Pay Range

$17.50/hr – $17.50/hr

Responsibilities

• Provide world‑class customer service to all internal and external customers.
• Partner with Store Leadership to train, develop, supervise, and evaluate team members.
• Train to master all aspects of the Goodwill donated retail goods process.
• Support store operations with activities such as opening/closing, cash handling, inventory control, processing/rotation of donated goods, and loading of trucks.
• Manage stewardship of donations and stay current with merchandise knowledge, industry trends, and competitive pricing.
