Goodwill Industries Manasota Inc in Port St. Lucie, FL, is seeking a Keyholder to help lead daily store operations, deliver excellent customer service, and support the team in aligning with Goodwill’s mission.

The role opens and closes the store, manages registers, oversees donations and merchandising, and ensures safety and loss-prevention standards while upholding core values.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous retail or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Basic computer knowledge and attention to detail.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and stand for long periods.
• Reliable transportation and flexibility to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Deliver world-class customer service and promote a safe, positive environment.
• Open and close the store, assign registers and daily duties, and complete daily reports.
