Goodwill Manasota, Inc. in Venice, FL is seeking a full-time Warehouse Leadership Role - Keyholder to help lead daily store operations. The position entails opening/closing the store, supervising staff, and driving Goodwill’s mission of changing lives through work.

You will oversee customer service, donation flow, merchandising, and safety procedures while maintaining a well-organized floor and positive team environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous retail supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Basic computer knowledge and attention to detail.
• Able to lift up to 40 lbs. and stand for long periods.

• Able to perform tasks that require repetitive motion. Manual dexterity is required.
