Originally a jewelry line, the brand has expanded into a destination for unique, playful, and colorful accessories.

Role Description

This is a part-time, on-site Keyholder position based in NYC. The Keyholder will play a critical role in daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, driving sales, and ensuring exceptional customer service. Responsibilities include clienteling and developing a client book, contributing to retail sales targets, maintaining product knowledge to engage with customers effectively, and fostering a welcoming environment that reflects the Lele Sadoughi brand.

Qualifications

• Strong background in Retail Sales and proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals
• Experience with CRM and clienteling background preferred
• Excellent Customer Service and Customer Experience skills to engage and build relationships with clients
• Comprehensive Product Knowledge with the ability to educate customers about the brand and products
• Outstanding Communication skills to effectively interact with team members and customers
• Leadership skills and prior experience in a supervisory or keyholder role is a plus
• Passion for fashion and accessories, with a keen eye for detail
• Must have availability on some weekends and holidays
