Part Time

Greet and engage customers to understand their needs and recommend jewelry and piercing services.

Present merchandise, explain product features and benefits, and promote add-ons like extended service plans or warranties.

Drive individual and team sales goals through consultative selling and excellent customer service.

Collaborate with the sales team and support store leadership (Store Manager/Assistant Manager) with operations and supervisory tasks.

Maintain product knowledge of jewelry styles, metals, and piercing options to guide informed customer decisions.

Assist customers with ear piercing services when required — including explaining options, aftercare, and jewelry selection.

Ensure piercing safety and hygiene by following proper procedures and tools as trained (e.g., sterile, single-use devices).

Support appointment booking and provide a comfortable customer experience throughout the piercing process.
