Job summary

Baptist Health South Florida's Baptist Health Medical Group in Key West seeks a Board Certified/Board Eligible Orthopedic Surgeon to join its BHOC program and provide comprehensive orthopedic care for the regional population. A housing stipend is offered to support the transition and relocation.

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree is required.
• Completion of a 5-year accredited orthopedic surgery residency; fellowship training preferred.
• Board-certified or board-eligible in orthopedic surgery; Florida medical license eligible.

Responsibilities

• Provide and manage a broad range of orthopedic cases.
• Participate in emergency department Orthopedic call coverage.
• Have strong fracture-management skills.
• Willing to build long-term relationships within the community.
• Participate in outreach clinics and community health initiatives.
• Strong patient satisfaction and communication skills.
