Job summary

Baptist Health Medical Group in Key West seeks a Board Certified/Board Eligible Orthopedic Surgeon to join our established BHOC team and deliver comprehensive musculoskeletal care to a growing regional population. A housing stipend is offered for this opportunity.

Qualifications

• Medical degree (MD or DO).
• Completion of a 5-year accredited orthopedic surgery residency. Fellowship trained preferred.
• Board-certified or board-eligible in orthopedic surgery.

Responsibilities

• Provide and manage a broad range of orthopedic cases.
• Participate in emergency department orthopedic call coverage.
• Demonstrate strong fracture-management skills.
• Willing to build long-term relationships within the community.
• Participate in outreach clinics and community health initiatives.
• Demonstrate strong patient satisfaction and communication skills.
