Job summary

Dent Wizard is seeking a Key Technician in Harrisburg, PA. You will work on high-security keys and transponder systems, serving dealers and customers on an assigned route. You will maintain equipment, submit invoices and work orders, and build strong customer relationships.

The starting compensation is $23.00 to $28.00/hour with potential bonuses. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) matching, paid vacation, and on-the-job training with advancement opportunities.

Qualifications

• Strong mechanical and electronic skills.
• Sales and customer service experience.
• Knowledge of automotive electrical systems, key duplication and transponder programming preferred.
• Strong work ethic, self-motivation and the ability to work independently.
• Toughness and grit to work outside in all kinds of weather.
• Valid driver's license and good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Work an assigned route of dealers and other customers to produce duplicate keys and transponders.
• Maintain equipment and inventory, submit invoices and work orders.
• Develop positive relationships with customers.
• Complete training course as required.
