Job summary

Dent Wizard International is seeking a motivated Key Technician for a dealer route. You’ll duplicate keys and transponders, maintain tools and inventory, and submit work orders. You’ll build strong customer relationships while working independently in varied cars and weather.

The role offers an hourly base plus potential commission, paid training, and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and vacation.

Qualifications

• Strong mechanical and electronic skills.
• Sales and customer service experience.
• Knowledge of automotive electrical systems, key duplication and transponder programming preferred.
• Strong work ethic, self-motivation and the ability to work independently.
• Valid driver’s license and good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Work on an assigned route of dealers and customers to produce duplicate keys and transponders.
• Maintain equipment and inventory, submit invoices and work orders.
• Develop positive relationships with customers and support teams.
• Complete training and advance to higher tech levels or management roles.
