Job summary

Dent Wizard International is hiring as a Key Technician to service dealers and customers on an assigned route. You will duplicate keys and program transponders, maintain equipment and inventory, and submit invoices and work orders while building strong customer relationships.

Qualifications

• Strong mechanical and electronic skills.
• Sales and customer service experience.
• Knowledge of automotive electrical systems, key duplication and transponder programming preferred.
• Strong work ethic, self-motivation and the ability to work independently.
• Toughness and grit to work outside in all kinds of weather.
• Valid driver’s license and good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Operate on an assigned route of dealers and customers to produce duplicate keys and transponders.
• Maintain equipment and inventory; submit invoices and work orders.
• Develop positive relationships with customers and provide service.
• Work with a variety of car models, both new and old.
