Job summary

Stoney Clover Lane in Tampa is seeking a Key Leader to support store leadership, deliver a standout guest experience, and drive daily sales through product knowledge and personalized service.

As manager-on-duty when needed, you will guide the team, assist with inventory and events, uphold brand standards, and ensure a clean, organized sales floor and back-of-house. Health benefits and 401(k) are available for full-time employees.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage every guest, introducing the brand and product offering.
• Handle guest concerns with professionalism and a solutions-oriented approach.
• Support visual merchandising and maintain store presentation standards.
• Restock inventory and maintain an organized sales floor.
• Assist with inventory tasks including receiving, processing, and stock management.
• Maintain a clean and organized back-of-house environment.
• Support clienteling efforts to build and maintain guest relationships.
• Assist with events, trunk shows, and community outreach initiatives.
• Provide direction and support to team members during shifts.
• Open and close the store and act as manager-on-duty in the absence of leadership.

Role Overview

The Key Leader supports store leadership in daily operations and ensures a strong guest experience on the sales floor. This role acts as manager-on-duty when needed, supports team performance, and helps drive sales while maintaining brand and operational standards.

Compensation

• Hourly rate: $ – $ per hour
• 20–24 hours/week for part-time positions
• 32–40 hours/week for full-time positions
• Schedule subject to change based on business needs and events
