Job Title: Key Leader

Location: Charleston, SC

Report To: Store Manager

Role Overview

The Key Leader supports store leadership in daily operations and ensures a strong guest experience on the sales floor. This role acts as manager‑on‑duty when needed, supports team performance, and helps drive sales while maintaining brand and operational standards.

What You’ll Do

• Deliver a high‑level guest experience through product knowledge and customization support
• Actively sell on the floor and support the team in achieving daily sales goals
• Drive KPIs including conversion, AOV, and units per transaction
• Greet and engage every guest, introducing the brand and product offering
• Handle guest concerns with professionalism and a solutions‑oriented approach
• Support visual merchandising and maintain store presentation standards
• Restock inventory and maintain an organized sales floor
• Assist with inventory tasks including receiving, processing, and stock management
• Maintain a clean and organized back‑of‑house environment
• Support clienteling efforts to build and maintain guest relationships
• Assist with events, trunk shows, and community outreach initiatives
• Provide direction and support to team members during shifts
• Open and close the store and act as manager‑on‑duty in the absence of leadership

Compensation

• Hourly rate: $17 – $21 per hour
• 20–24 hours/week for part‑time positions
• 32–40 hours/week for full‑time positions
• Schedule subject to change based on business needs and events
