Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is seeking a part-time retail team member in Roseville, MN to support store operations and guest experiences. You will assist customers, operate the register, fulfill omni-channel orders, and contribute to visual merchandising while representing the brand’s culture.

The role emphasizes strong customer service, fashion awareness, teamwork, and reliability. Schedule includes weekends and holidays with variable hours to meet business needs.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED preferred, or equivalent.
• 1 year of retail experience preferred.
• Retail supervisory/management experience not required.

Schedule Requirements

Schedule will vary weekly; you should expect to work at least 12-16 hours per week. Required availability on Saturdays and Sundays as well as certain holidays. During peak timeframes, hours will increase to support the needs of the business.

Compensation

The starting rate for this position is $16.45 per hour (the recruiting pay range for this position is $16.45 – $16.45 per hour).
