Job summary

A&F Stores, Inc. in Columbus, Ohio is seeking a Key Lead to ensure all customers receive a quality in-store experience. As Floor Supervisor, you will guide and coach Brand Representatives and Stock Associates, driving team performance and customer satisfaction while meeting daily sales objectives.

The ideal candidate should possess a High School Diploma, 1 year of retail experience, and strong interpersonal skills. Availability on weekends and holidays is required, with a weekly schedule of 12-16 hours that may increase during peak times.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma / G.E.D. preferred or equivalent.
• 1 year of retail experience preferred.
• Maintain a strong customer focus.
• Demonstrate exceptional interpersonal skills.
• Possess strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform Opening and Closing Routines.
• Operate Register/Point of Sale systems.
• Fulfill OMNI Channel Orders.
• Demonstrate Product Knowledge, Brand Awareness, while driving sales.
• Build and maintain Visual Displays.
