Job summary

Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is seeking a Part-time Key Lead to support store leadership on the floor, coach Brand Reps and Stock Associates, and ensure daily store performance through customer experience and sales goals.

You'll participate in opening/closing routines, POS operations, and OMNI channel fulfillment while maintaining visual displays and brand standards. The schedule varies, with weekend availability required and peak-period hours increasing.
