Job summary

Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is seeking a Key Lead to oversee in-store operations and foster a superior customer experience on the sales floor.

You will act as Floor Supervisor, coach Brand Reps and Stock Associates, and partner with the store leadership team to drive daily sales and store performance. You will open and close the store, operate the POS, fulfill omni-channel orders, maintain visual displays, analyze reports, protect assets, and embody the brand culture and values in every customer

Qualifications

• Leadership of store-floor teams and coaching Brand Reps and Stock Associates.
• Customer experience focus to drive sales and brand representation.
• Ability to perform opening/closing routines and operate POS.
• Knowledge of Omni-Channel orders and visual merchandising.

Job description

The Key Lead is responsible for ensuring all customers receive quality in-store experience. They do this by acting as the Floor Supervisor, providing guidance and coaching to Brand Reps and Stock Associates ensuring store operations are running effectively. The Key Lead is part of the store leadership team, responsible for driving store performance on the floor through customer experience and team achievement of daily sales.
