Job summary

Soliant is seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a supportive school district in Key Largo, Florida for the 2026-2027 school year. This full-time, onsite role serves Pre-K through 12th grade across three school sites.

Ideal candidates hold a Master\'s in SLP and an active Florida license; CFY or ASHA CCCs are considered. Competitive pay, weekly payroll, and benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Active Florida SLP license required.
• ASHA CCCs preferred; CFY considered.
• Previous school-based experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide speech and language evaluations, therapy, and services to students.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEP goals.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports.
• Participate in IEP meetings and support student success across school settings.
