Job summary

Soliant Health is seeking a School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist to support K–12 learners across the Upper Keys, including Key Largo, Plantation Key, and surrounding communities. This full-time contract runs ASAP through the end of the school year, with opportunities to collaborate with dedicated educational teams.

You will provide evidence-based speech-language therapy, complete evaluations, IEP documentation, and progress monitoring while partnering with teachers, parents, and staff to

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences required
  • Active Florida SLP license (or eligibility)
  • CCC-SLP preferred; CFY candidates encouraged
  • Direct school-based SLP experience is a plus, but not required
  • Passion for supporting diverse student populations with communication needs

Responsibilities

  • Provide evidence-based speech, language, and communication therapy to K–12 students
  • Complete comprehensive evaluations, IEP documentation, and progress monitoring
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and support staff to ensure student progress
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute professional input for each student’s service plan
  • Deliver both direct and consultative services across Key Largo, Tavernier, and Plantation Key campuses

  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; Clinical Fellow (CFY) candidates encouraged

  • Strong collaboration, organization, and communication skills
