Job summary

Go! Retail Group in Farmington is seeking a part-time Toys”R”Us Key Holder to open and close the store, assist customers, and manage sales. You will operate the POS, balance cash, and ensure the store stays organized.

The role requires one year of retail experience, strong leadership and customer-service skills, and reliability in a fast-paced environment. Evening and weekend availability is expected, with a flexible schedule and employee discounts.

• One year of retail experience (or related field).

• Create an exciting shopping experience by staying connected with customer needs.
• Knowledge in retail operations, sales, customer service, merchandising, inventory control, and loss prevention.
• Basic computer skills, POS system and Microsoft Office.
• Able to perform basic math functions.
• Flexible and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Greet every customer on entry and execute Five Steps to a Sale.
• Offer current promotions and special offers.
• Operate the Point of Sale system accurately.
• Provide comprehensive service using calendars.com, email marketing, and in-store special orders.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and keep the store organized.
• Receive and place new shipments and reset features and promotions.
• Open and/or close the store as scheduled and prepare cash at opening.
• Prepare and deposit nightly cash at closing.
• Complete opening or closing checklist for every shift.
