Job summary

Go! Retail Group in Medford, OR is seeking a part-time Key Holder to open and close the store, manage the cash register, and support customers. This role supports daily sales, merchandising, and upkeep, with weekend and evening shifts as needed.

You will greet customers, execute sales steps, apply promotions, operate the POS, and use calendars.com and in-store orders to fulfill requests. You will also receive shipments, reset displays, and maintain a clean, inviting shopping environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet every customer on entry.
• Execute Five Steps to a Sale at every opportunity.
• Offer current promotions and special offers.
• Operate the Point of Sale system accurately.
• Provide comprehensive service using calendars.com, email marketing, and in-store special orders.
• Maintain a store environment that meets visual merchandising standards and engages customers.
• Receive and place new shipments.
• Reset features and promotions as directed.
• Complete regular housekeeping tasks.
• Open and/or close the store as scheduled.
• Prepare cash bank at opening and nightly deposits at closing.
• Complete opening or closing checklist for every shift.
