Job summary

Grease-Monkey is seeking a dependable Key Holder to open and close our Quick Oil Change center. You will support daily operations and lead the team during shifts, ensuring fast, friendly service.

Responsibilities include securing premises, handling deposits, supervising oil changes and fluid checks, maintaining cleanliness, and escalating safety concerns to the District Manager if needed. Must be 18+, have a valid driver's license, and pass a background check.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a service or retail environment; automotive experience is a plus.
• Strong work ethic, dependability, integrity and attention to detail.
• Basic mechanical aptitude or willingness to learn.
• Ability to manage time and multitask in a fast-paced setting.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
• Must pass company background check.
• Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Unlock and secure the location at the beginning and end of shifts.
• Lead the team during daily operations and ensure workflow efficiency.
• Perform oil changes, fluid checks, filter replacements, and other minor vehicle services.
• Maintain inventory of supplies and report needs to Center Manager.
• Uphold health, safety and cleanliness standards in the service bays and customer areas.
• Provide outstanding customer service and resolve basic issues or complaints.
• Escalate unresolved matters of safety, store security or team member behaviors to District Manager, if necessary.
• Train and mentor new employees.
