Cotton On is hiring a Key Holder to open/close stores, lead teams and deliver excellent customer service. This part-time, hourly role supports merchandise, inventory, and safety standards across store operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1+ year of retail sales experience.
• At least 1+ year of retail leadership/management experience.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store per policies.
• Lead the store team as part of management.
• Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer issues.
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Assist in inventory control, restocking, and merchandising.
• Ensure store cleanliness and safety standards are upheld.
• Support loss prevention efforts and report any unusual activity.
• Engage with store teams and customers professionally and respectfully.
• Train and mentor new associates as needed.
• Interact collaboratively and work as a team toward a common goal.
• Maintain a professional presence and motivate and inspire others.
• Act respectfully to customers, managers and peers.
