Job summary

As a key part of the leadership team, you will set daily goals, manage opening/closing routines, and ensure accurate execution of directives while building genuine connections with customers and delivering personalized recommendations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Customer-first retail experience preferred.
• Ability to coach and de-escalate in fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work peak days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead as Manager on Duty when scheduled to address customer experience and store issues.
• Provide feedback to managers and coaching to associates.
• Deliver exceptional in-store customer experiences with strong product knowledge.
• Maintain knowledge of product, policies, and store strategies.
• Set daily/shift goals and direct the team accordingly.
• Perform opening/closing routines including deposits and shipments.
• Create connections with customers and provide personalized recommendations.
• Assist with floorsets, window changes, and marketing presentation.
• Adhere to safety standards; maintain cleanliness and visual appeal.
• Meet physical requirements: lift up to 50 pounds as needed.
