Job summary

Responsibilities

• Lead store tasks as delegated by Store Manager; act as Manager on Duty when scheduled.
• Provide individual and team feedback to managers.
• Deliver exceptional in-store customer experiences through selling skills and product knowledge.
• Demonstrate knowledge of products, policies, and store strategies.
• Set daily goals and direct the team at shift start.
• Handle opening/closing routines including deposits, shipments, and directives.
• Create genuine customer connections through needs discovery and personalized recommendations.
• Assist floorset execution, visual presentation, and marketing placement.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness and adherence to standards.
