Job summary

Responsibilities

• Store Opening & Closing: Open and close the store following company policies.
• Customer Service: Provide outstanding service and assist with inquiries, product selection, and returns.
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude.
• Help achieve sales goals through product knowledge and team collaboration.
• Assist with promotions, events, and product launches.
• Store Maintenance: Keep the store clean, organized, and visually appealing; replenish stock and merchandising.
• Cash Management: Handle cash duties including opening/closing registers and balancing drawers.
• Other Duties: Train new employees on policies and best practices; collaborate with management to resolve operational issues.
• Receiving: Assist with receiving and processing shipments.
• Supervise and support staff in the absence of the Store Manager.

• Customer Service:

• Assist with promotions, events, and product launches
• Store Maintenance:
• Keep the store clean, organized, and visually appealing
• Replenish stock and assist with merchandising
• Supervise and support staff in the absence of the Store Manager

• Cash Management:
• Handle cash duties including opening/closing registers and balancing drawers
• Follow security policies and report suspicious activity
• Other Duties:
• Assist with receiving and processing shipments
• Collaborate with management to resolve operational issues
