Job summary

FP Movement is seeking a Key Holder at our Carlsbad store to partner with leadership in driving store operations, sales and customer engagement. You will help create an engaging shopping environment and lead by example in delivering exceptional service.

Based at 7720 El Camino Real, Carlsbad, CA 92009, you will support inventory control, visual standards, and daily zone management while promoting events and partnerships that elevate the FP Movement brand.

Qualifications

• Passion for FP Movement and/or connection to the local fitness community.
• Experience being a team player.
• Ability to work flexible hours to meet the needs of the store including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Eagerness to learn and grow within the brand.

Responsibilities

• Acts as a brand ambassador and reflects FP Movement values, partnering with store leadership on an engaging customer experience.
• Creates selling initiatives, builds relationships through personalized service and product recommendations.
• Promotes FP Movement events and collaborates with fitness and wellness partners to execute them.
• Supports daily office procedures, store maintenance, and omni‑channel order processing.
