FP Movement in Houston seeks a Key Holder to support store operations, drive sales, and deliver an engaging customer experience. You will work with the management team to lead events, promote FP Movement, and maintain brand standards across in-store and online channels.

The role requires leadership in daily operations, adaptability, and strong customer service. You will help manage inventory, safety, and team morale while upholding company policies.

Qualifications

• Passion for FP Movement and/or connection to the local fitness community.
• Experience being a team player.
• Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Eagerness to learn and grow within the brand.

Responsibilities

• Acts as a brand ambassador; partners with store leadership to create an engaging FP Movement experience.
• Drives sales and customer relationships through personalized service and product recommendations.
• Promotes FP Movement events and collaborates with partners to drive engagement.
• Ensures omni-channel orders are processed timely and accurately; maintains visual standards.
