Job summary

Car Spa, Inc. in Virginia Beach is seeking a dependable Key Holder to support daily car wash operations, open and close the facility, and ensure superb customer service.

You will act as Manager on Duty, supervise staff, maintain safety and cleanliness, and help train teammates while handling POS and equipment. This role suits proactive individuals who thrive outdoors and in fast-paced environments.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.
• Reliable, coachable and eager to learn.
• Comfortable working outdoors and on your feet.
• Outdoor, active role in all weather conditions.
• Able to perform physical activities and stay alert around moving cars.
• Safety-focused with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the car wash facility following established procedures.
