Car Spa, Inc. is seeking a dependable Key Holder to support daily operations at our outdoor car wash facility.

You will help open/close the site, supervise shifts in the absence of management, and safeguard equipment and cash handling while delivering top-notch customer service. The role emphasizes reliability, leadership, and attention to safety, with opportunities to train and motivate team members in a fast-paced outdoor environment.

Qualifications

• Applicants must be 18 years or older.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Reliable, coachable, and eager to learn.
• Comfortable working outdoors and on your feet.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the car wash facility following established procedures.
• Act as Manager on Duty in absence of a manager.
• Secure POS, equipment, and property during shifts.
• Provide outstanding customer service by addressing questions and concerns.
• Assist with training and motivating team members.
• Ensure all equipment is functioning properly and report maintenance issues promptly.
• Monitor workflow to maintain efficiency and minimize customer wait times.
• Enforce company policies, safety procedures, and cleanliness standards.
• Step in to perform team duties as needed during busy periods.
• Be willing to perform additional duties as required.

Work Environment

• Outdoor, active role in all weather conditions
• Frequent physical activity is required: bending, reaching, stooping, stretching, and stepping in and out of vehicles.
• Safety is a prime concern; you must be alert, move safely around moving cars, and be able to step up into and down out of vehicles.
