Job summary

• Ensure all equipment is functioning properly and report maintenance issues promptly.
• Monitor workflow to maintain efficiency and minimize customer wait times.
• Enforce company policies, safety procedures, and cleanliness standards.
• Step in to perform team duties as needed during busy periods.
• Be willing to perform additional duties as required.

Position Overview

As a Key Holder, you are responsible for supporting daily operations of the car wash facility, ensuring smooth opening and closing procedures, maintaining excellent customer service, and assisting management. Work Environment

• Outdoor, active role in all weather conditions
• Frequent physical activity is required: bending, reaching, stooping, stretching, and stepping in and out of vehicles.
• Safety is a prime concern; you must be alert, move safely around moving cars, and be able to step up into and down out of vehicles.
