El Car Wash is seeking a Key Holder in Miramar, FL to lead on-site operations when management is unavailable. You’ll manage opening/closing, set high standards for cleanliness and safety, and coach teammates in real time to ensure exceptional customer experiences.

You’ll work on the floor with the team, without direct reports, influencing performance through presence and guidance. This role is a stepping stone toward greater leadership opportunities.
