El Car Wash is seeking a Key Holder to lead on the floor, opening and closing the site, and ensuring every guest leaves with the signature EL shine. You’ll work alongside the team, coaching peers, handling escalations, and maintaining safety, cleanliness, and service quality throughout your shift.

Reliable attendance and a customer-first mindset are essential as you independently manage operations when management isn’t on-site, driving a positive, high-energy guest experience.
