Job summary

Everything But Water is seeking a Key Holder at Park Meadows to support the Store Management team and deliver exceptional customer service. You will work with Associates to ensure coverage, uphold brand standards, and keep the sales floor clean, organized, and visually appealing.

Requirements include 2–4 years in retail, at least 1 year in a supervisory role, availability nights and weekends, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to stand all day.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in retail sales.
• 1 year of supervisory experience.
• Availability must include nights, weekends and holidays.
• Effective customer engagement skills and strong interpersonal/communication abilities.
• Physical ability to stand/walk for an eight-hour shift, climb a ladder, and lift up to 15 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager to support business needs and shift coverage, occasionally supervising Sales Associates.
• Consistently deliver exceptional customer service using the company’s selling model.
• Maintain brand standards around cleanliness, organization, and visual presentation.
• Demonstrate understanding of sales goals and align behaviors accordingly.
