Job summary

Montblanc Dallas is seeking a Key Holder to drive sales and service excellence in a luxury boutique. You will develop a client network, maintain product knowledge, and ensure outstanding customer service.

You will work closely with Boutique Management, open/close the store, and uphold store visuals while supporting loss prevention and transfers in management absence.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in retail sales; jewelry or high-end luxury product sales is preferred.
• Strong understanding of Customer Service needs and customer priorities.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and computer skills are needed.
• High school graduate or equivalent, College degree preferred
• Able to work open availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Fluent in English and Spanish

Reports to: Boutique Manager

Role Overview

Overall responsibility for achievement of individual sales objectives; developing and servicing the customer.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• High school graduate or equivalent, College degree preferred
• Able to work open availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Fluent in English and Spanish
• Standing on the sales floor for 90% of the workday
• Reaching to access product stored within cabinets or on shelves
• Bending to access product stored within cabinets
• Occasional need to use a ladder to reach product
• Unpacking and/or lifting of large boxes that contain product
