Kahoots is seeking a full-time Key Holder to lead a team in a busy Southern California pet store. You will oversee daily customer service, help maintain store standards, and support the manager in decision making during absences.

The role requires at least 2 years of supervisory experience, the ability to train staff, and willingness to work evenings and weekends. A positive, customer-first attitude is essential for success at Kahoots.

Requirements

Key Holder

Key Holders are positive, focused leaders that ensure the best customer service and overall store standards are met at all times. Applicants must be available to work evenings and weekends.

• 40 hours per week - typically 8 hour shifts
• Available weekdays and weekends
• Must have 2 years of supervisory experience.
• Must be able to train and coach employees in a clear and positive manner and be a reliable resource to your peers.
• Must be able to create and encourage an environment in which your employees can succeed and thrive.
• Must be able to represent Kahoots and make decisions on behalf of the manager in their absence.
• Must thrive in a customer service and sales-oriented environment in which we represent Kahoots’ core values.
• Must be able and willing to learn a variety of products and utilize that knowledge in dynamic situations to help customers and employees alike.
• Bilingual is a plus.

Necessary physical activities may include:

• Being on your feet/standing for up to 8 hours.
• Bending and twisting 2-6 hours per day
• Occasionally climbing ladders
• Lifting/Pushing/Pulling/Carrying 40+ LBS, 2-6 hours per day
