Job summary

NOBULL in Boston is seeking a part-time Key Holder to support and operate our Seaport pop-up through January 2027. You will deliver exceptional client service, drive sales, and help with opening and daily store operations.

You will lead a small team, assist with visual merchandising, inventory, and scheduling, and embody the NOBULL spirit at events and in-store interactions, while promoting the brand values and fitness mindset.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of related prior experience in retail supervision.
• Ability to multi-task and coordinate ongoing projects, plans and people.
• Willingness and ability to work evenings and weekends.
• Excellent people skills – ability to relate to and engage people.
• Ability to lift 10-30 lb. boxes.
• Strong self-starter, ability to work independently, self-manage time and priorities.
• Demonstrated interest in fitness, training, or performance-oriented lifestyles, with the ability to engage authentically with customers and represent NOBULL's brand values.
• Excited to introduce our NOBULL mentality into community through brand awareness, community events

NOBULL is currently seeking part-time Key Holder to help support and operate our pop-up retail store in the Seaport in Boston, MA. The position run through the end of January 2027. This individual will be responsible for providing fantastic client service and sales follow-up. This is an ideal position for an entrepreneurial candidate with a passion for fitness looking to introduce the NOBULL mentality to consumers.

$20 - $22 an hour

The base salary range listed here represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary range for this position. Actual salaries may vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to work location, experience, and performance. The range listed is just one component of NOBULL's total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include annual discretionary bonuses. In addition, NOBULL provides a variety of benefits to employees, including 100% employer paid health insurance coverage (medical, dental, and vision), Health Reimbursement Arrangement, Flexible and Health Spending Accounts, life and disability insurance, a generous 401K employer matching program, 12 paid holidays a year, an unlimited paid time off (PTO) policy (with PTO available for both vacation and sick time purposes), and parental leave benefits. Note: This position is temporary, lasting from September 24, 2026 until January 31, 2027. Employees will receive generous NOBULL products as well as an employee discount.
