Key Customer Success Manager
Primary Location: Chicago, IL, United States of America

Role Overview: C.H. Robinson is hiring a Key Customer Success Manager to grow and retain key strategic accounts. Your main goal will be to ensure customers maximize value from our technology and services through relationship-focused management. You will develop strategic relationships, facilitate value creation and solution expansion, and maintain overall customer satisfaction by building trust, aligning with executive contacts, and advocating for the customer. Work Environment: This role involves engaging on-site three days a week to foster collaboration and innovation, with the flexibility to work remotely two days a week.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage accounts with over $3 million in net revenue, including profit and loss, expenses, and revenue projections.
  • Leverage customer data to create supply chain solutions.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans aligned with customer and company goals.
  • Build and maintain relationships with executive-level contacts globally.
  • Promote enterprise capabilities to meet customer goals, using industry insights.
  • Handle operational escalations and lead strategic reviews and account planning.
  • Negotiate contracts, identify growth opportunities, and develop improvement plans.
  • Translate customer feedback into actionable insights.
  • Mentor service delivery teams and foster collaboration and continuous improvement.
  • Maintain regular communication to stay informed of customer business changes.

Qualifications:

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university.
  • At least 4 years of industry experience.
  • Ability to travel up to 25% domestically and internationally.

Preferred:

  • Experience in retail, supply chain, or logistics industries.
  • Experience in account management or customer success.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, presentation skills, consultative sales, negotiation, and conflict resolution.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to manage customer expectations.
  • Leadership skills and commitment to diversity and inclusion.

Compensation: $87,800 - $136,700, determined by skills and experience. This range reflects base pay only.
