Job summary

ARMI is seeking a Process Equipment and Install – Key Accounts Manager to lead relationships with major customers across our national footprint. You will manage an active portfolio, conduct site visits, planning meetings, and executive reviews to align on capital projects and maintenance needs.

You will develop account plans, pursue service opportunities, and collaborate with operations and preconstruction teams to secure repeat and multi-phase work.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of proven work experience in industrial equipment and installation, preferably in food, beverage, or dairy facilities.
• Strong technical knowledge of Industrial Piping Systems and applications.
• Availability to travel up to 60% of the time.
• Pre-employment drug screen and background check.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary relationship owner for assigned key customer accounts, maintaining strong, long-term partnerships.
• Manage an active portfolio of accounts and maintain accurate activity and pipeline tracking in CRM.
• Conduct regular customer touchpoints including site visits, planning meetings, and executive reviews.
• Develop and maintain strategic account plans to support customer capital projects and expansion initiatives.
• Identify and pursue additional service opportunities including facility expansions and long-term service agreements.
• Collaborate with Operations and Preconstruction teams to position ARMI for repeat work and multi-phase projects.
• Monitor account health by reviewing payment trends and risks with Accounting.

How you will make an impact

• Serve as the primary relationship owner for assigned key customer accounts, maintaining strong, long-term partnerships.

• Collaborate with Operations and Preconstruction teams to position ARMI for repeat work and multi-phase projects.
• Monitor account health by reviewing payment trends, outstanding receivables, and potential risks in partnership with Accounting.
• Support pricing discussions, service agreement renewals, and contract reviews to ensure alignment with project scope and profitability targets.
• Maintain strong customer engagement throughout the project lifecycle, from kickoff through execution and closeout.
• Identify follow-on opportunities and support project closeout efforts to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term account retention.

What You Need to Succeed

• 3+ years of proven work experience in Industrial equipment and installation, preferably within food, beverage, or dairy processing facilities.
• Strong technical knowledge of Industrial Piping Systems and applications.
• Sales experience, preferred
• Experience with Procore – Project Management Software (preferred)
• Experience with Pipe Drive, preferred.
• OSHA 30, preferred
• Availability to travel up to 60% of the time.
• Availability to work nights, holidays and weekends as needed.
• Possess a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Pre-employment drug screen and background check
