Job Description: Key Account Manager

We are looking for a Key Account Manager responsible for selling software and data-focused products to large accounts. Through cross-sell opportunities, the successful candidate will be required to build a consistent pipeline of sales opportunities.

What Youll Do

  • Achieve revenue objectives within defined segments and accounts specific to Insurer, Automotive large accounts.
  • Account Management & BAU Revenue Growth (including renewals) targets - Revenue and other named deliverables, including where relevant price increases for products already in use
  • New customer wins, revenue growth, retention and reduction of churn.
  • Establish master contracts with named accounts to ensure long-term relationships and preferred status.
  • Understand strategic direction of assigned named accounts and develop sales strategy to meet long-term account needs.
  • Develop high-level relationships within named accounts to ensure Solera’s opportunity to win the largest deals.
  • Establish Solera as the preferred partner.

What You’ll Bring

  • At least 12+ years of experience in Enterprise B2B Sales.
  • Demonstrated ability and success in the following areas within the Insurance sector and/or Automotive OEM (or in other relevant/comparable industry sectors, for example such as Financial Services Technology or Vehicle Fleet Management Technology).
  • Knowledge of Insurance and/or Automotive OEM processes & ecosystems
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Cross-functional skills: Good interpersonal skills.
  • Experience collaborating with internal stakeholders like Operations, Product and Finance teams for successful execution of contracts, projects and ongoing service delivery to the required levels.
  • Solution selling approach: ROI, customer decision criteria, No pain/no gain, etc.
  • Demonstrated deep understanding of end to end implementations of software technology & data platforms by customers to enable process improvements and/or improvements in decision making within complex operational environments such as insurance claims and/or vehicle repair.
