Job description

Position Summary

Acuren is currently seeking a Key Account Manager for operations throughout our West Region.

This is an intermediate level position responsible for the sale of company products and services to assigned and target customers to achieve sales and profit goals. The role involves managing key accounts, maintaining long-term relationships, and maximizing sales opportunities.

Responsibilities
  • Attain or exceed the annual sales budget for assigned customers.
  • Communicate weekly to identify account priorities.
  • Manage inventory forecasts, sales administration of new items, resolve customer supply emergencies, and address daily needs.
  • Participate in new business pitches and oversee the onboarding of new clients.
  • Develop sales programs aimed at achieving budgeted sales volume.
  • Focus on growing and developing existing clients while generating new business opportunities.
Requirements
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Basic computer skills including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, email, and internet proficiency.
  • Ability to build collaborative relationships.
  • Customer/client orientation.
  • Self-motivated with proactive attitude.
  • Account management skills.
  • At least 3-5 years of related experience or a combination of education and experience (BA degree preferred).
Working Conditions

WORKING CONDITIONS:

  • Office environment with limited physical effort, continuous mental effort, and frequent complex requests.
  • Travel may be required.
