Job summary

Crane Pumps & Systems is seeking a sales professional in the United States to manage strategic OEM accounts and develop growth opportunities by delivering engineered pump solutions. You will work closely with Engineering, Product Management, Operations, and Leadership to expand partnerships and win new OEM business across diverse industries.

Responsibilities

• Develop opportunities for new pump platforms, applications, and market segments.
• Lead technical and commercial discussions to position Crane products effectively.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Product Management teams to develop customer-focused solutions.
• Monitor market trends, competitive activity, and emerging technologies.
• Provide market intelligence and strategic recommendations to leadership.
• Maintain accurate sales forecasts, opportunity pipelines, and account reporting.
• Travel approximately 15-20% to support customer engagement and business development.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in industrial sales and contract negotiation, either directly or through OEM integrators.

Preferred Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in industrial sales, pumps, fluid handling, rotating equipment, or OEM equipment markets.
• Proven success managing key accounts and developing new business opportunities.
• Strong technical aptitude with the ability to understand complex customer applications.
• Experience supporting Military OEM integrators.
• Familiarity with industries such as HVAC, water treatment, wastewater, industrial processing, or rotating equipment.
• Knowledge of pump technologies, including centrifugal, positive displacement, wastewater, and surface pumps.
• Strategic thinker with a hands‑on approach to execution and problem‑solving.
