Crane Pumps & Systems in Ohio seeks an experienced machinist for a low-volume, high-mix shop. You'll set up and operate CNC lathes and machining centers, read blueprints, select tooling, and work with Engineering to optimize programs and processes.
The role emphasizes quality, safety, and continuous improvement, with benefits including medical, dental, vision coverage and a 401(k) match. Candidates should have at least 6 months machining experience and a high school diploma.
Overtime available based on business needs.
Why Join Crane Pumps & Systems?
If you're an experienced machinist who enjoys ownership of your setups, variety in your work, and the opportunity to contribute to continuous improvement, you'll find all three here.
Our machine shop operates in a low-volume, high-mix manufacturing environment, giving machinists the opportunity to work on a variety of parts rather than running the same production job every day. You'll play a key role in producing precision components that support critical pumping solutions used across municipal, commercial, and industrial applications.
As demand continues to grow, we're expanding our machining capabilities, investing in our people and processes, and creating opportunities for machinists who want to play an active role in improving how work gets done.
